"Checkout were such a pain"
I was trying to place an order, and the checkout page just kept freezing after I entered my shipping info. I had to type the same stuff in twice, then my card gets declined for no clear reason even though it works everywhere else. There wasn’t even a helpful error message or anything. After wasting about 20 minutes, I just gave up. Definitely not a great shopping experience.
"Warranty support left me confused"
The product seemed fine at first, so I wasn’t expecting much trouble. But when I had to deal with the warranty support, I got kind of confused and frustrated. It took a while for them to get back to me, and then I had to explain the same issue more than once, which made me wonder if anyone was actually keeping track. They did eventually respond, but the help didn’t feel that useful. For the price, I just expected the whole process to be a lot smoother.

"Not impressed with the build"
I really wanted to like this, but the moment I picked it up, it just felt kind of cheap. The materials don’t feel sturdy at all and it gives off that flimsy, low-quality vibe. i was hopeful at first, then suddenly I was like, nope, this is not built to last.
"Packaging was way too obvious"
I was disappointed. The shipping label had way more information on it than I expected, so it definitely wasn’t discreet. It made the delivery kind of awkward, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. I also got the feeling there might be extra charges baked in somewhere, because the total didn’t feel as clear as it should’ve been. Unless they fix the packaging and are more upfront about costs, I probably won’t order again.

I was just trying to browse on my phone and the site kept freezing over and over, so every time I thought I was finally getting somewhere it would lock up again and I’d have to wait or refresh, which got really annoying fast.

I don’t feel like this was worth the money. I paid way more than I should’ve for something that felt basic, and getting through it involved way too many steps for what I actually got out of it. I kept expecting it to become more helpful, but it never really did. For the price, I definitely expected better

"Kind of a mixed bag for me"
I stuck with the program for a few months, my results were up and down. Some weeks I was like, okay, maybe this is finally working, and then other weeks... nothing. Just no real change at all. The support was decent, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience, but I kept expecting things to feel a little more steady. In the end, it wasn’t the worst, but it just wasn’t consistent enough for me to feel good about continuing.

"Good luck finding any replacement parts"
I like the product fine, but trying to find replacement parts has been a huge headache. Every time I check, the parts I need are out of stock or just not listed anywhere. I’ve looked for things like small clips, screws, covers, filters, brackets, even basic little pieces you’d think would be easy to replace, and I can’t find them. It’s frustrating because one tiny part breaks or goes missing and suddenly the whole thing is basically useless

"Too awkward and not worth the hassle"
I really wanted this to work for me, but it just wasn’t comfortable. It felt awkward quickly, and then on top of that there were too many little steps to deal with before I could even relax, which got frustrating fast.
Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it never felt easy or natural to use. I gave it a fair try, but it ended up being more annoying than helpful and now it’s just sitting in a drawer

The return policy really rubbed me the wrong way. I get that stores need rules, but they made it feel like I was jumping through hoops for no good reason. For regular customers, it just doesn’t seem fair. That’s on them, and I probably won’t buy from them again.

"Maintenance was useless"
I took my device in for maintenance expecting it to actually get fixed, but nope, it still had the same issues afterward. pathetic service if basic maintenance can’t even sort out the problem.
